We are an online boutique only, however we are located in Bowling Green, KY!
What are your hours of operation?
Since we are an online platform, you can shop 24/7! If you need to reach customer service, our office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:30 CST. We are closed on all federal holidays.

Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes! You should initially receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and it is being processed. Once your order has shipped from our facility, you will then receive another email providing you with tracking information. Didn't receive these emails? No problem! Shoot us an email to email@example.com and we are happy to let you know the status of your order!
Can I cancel my order?
We are sad to hear you want to cancel, however we understand things happen! As long as your order has not already been shipped from our facility, we can cancel the order for you and issue a full refund.
Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?
Sadly, no. Our site only allows you to use one discount code per order.
When can I expect my order?
We ship fast from Bowling Green, KY! You should see your order within 3-5 business days after it has shipped! If there are any delays, a member of our team will reach out to you!
